THE MISSION

Wayne Wardrobe strives to deliver you vintage + luxury products from all parts of the world through visually stunning curated collections. Our hope is that every shopping experience is a memorable adventure through the past years of fashion.

THE START

My name is Dylan Wayne and I'm the driving force behind Wayne Wardrobe Vintage + Luxury. Since I was old enough to work, I began chasing my dreams of creative direction. My career started in various Pittsburgh PA thrift stores, where I learned the trade of resale and developed an addiction to vintage clothing. A few years later I was working for Urban Outfitters where I turned what would be your typical retail job into a way of building my styling portfolio. By photographing my beautiful coworkers and sending them to UO's home office for Instagrams and company newsletters, I was able to advance from there to a fashion e-commerce company in San Francisco, Ca. When I wasn't falling victim to my own shopping habit, I was ensuring all product on the site was styled correctly while developing new ways to shoot clothing. After a couple years in the Bay area, I felt the creative urge to pack up my life and travel abroad. The past summer was spent exploring, partying, and shopping in Israel where I thrived being surrounded by such a passionate and fashion forward culture. Upon arriving back to the States, I struggled with trying to decide what to do with my love for arts and clothing. It was while purchasing a wool and cashmere blend camel coat at a local thrift store when suddenly, the idea struck me. I decided to turn what was my shopping addiction into a profitable business that would allow me to share my passion for vintage designer clothing with the world.

  WHAT WE DO

To source our collections, I currently travel throughout the East Coast in small towns to find one-of-a-kind gems to lust over. We also do do consignments! Contact us for more information. After the shopping comes the tough stuff - We inventory everything from designer to chest size until it is ready to move into our photo studio. After an item has been shot, the images are then retouched and uploaded with proper copywriting to the site. After curating flash sale concepts, I source models and schedule all-day photoshoots to enhance Wayne Wardrobe's branding.

Wayne Wardrobe is very young and I look forward to bringing you more and more curated content as we start to grow bigger.
